The bull's eye on an archery target has a radius of 3 inches. The entire target has a radius of 9 inches. To the nearest 10th, find the area of the target outside the bull's eye.

    Do 9 x 9=81 then 81 x 3.14 = 254.3 Then, 3 x 3 = 9 then 9 x 3.14 = 28.3 For the area around the bullseye do 254.3 - 28.3

    The answer is 226
