    5:7 is to 150:x where x is the pounds the person weighs on Neptune. (assuming earth to neptune as 5 to 7)

    Thus, this is by its definition, a proportion.

    5/7 = 150/x

    5x=1050

    x=210

    Thus that person weights 210 pounds on Neptune.
