    Hi

    y = mx+b

    2x - 3y + 6 = 0

    3y = 2x+6

    y = 2x/3+6/3

    y = 2x/3+2

    m = 2/3

    Slope intercept form:-

    y = mx + b

    Convert

    2x - 3y + 6 = 0

    - 6 - 6

    2x - 3y = - 6

    -2x - 2x

    -3y = - 2x - 6

    y = 2/3x + 2

    Answer: m = 2/3
