Find the distance between (43,-15) & (29,-3)

    Distance = Square Root ((X difference) ^2 + (Y difference) ^ 2)

    Distance = Square Root [ (43 - 29) ^2 + (-15 - - 3) ^2]

    Distance = Square Root (14^2 + - 12^2)

    Distance = Square Root (340)

    Distance = 18.4390889146

    (x, y)

    (43,-15) & (29,-3)

    x1 = 43, y1 = - 15

    x2 = 29, y2 = - 3

    d^2 = (29-43) ^2 + (-3--15) ^2

    d^2 = (-14) ^2 + (12) ^2

    d^2 = 196 + 144

    d^2 = 340

    d = sqrt (340)

    d = 2*sqrt (85)

    d = 18.44
