There are three types of transformation, and those are rotation, reflection, and translation. Since it is obviously not translation, we have to decide whether it is reflection or rotation. Your body does rotate while you're doing cartwheels, but you return to your initial position in the end, which means that it is reflection, not rotation.

    The correct answer is reflection.
