How do you show models to compare numbers?

    You can draw 100's chart, stick of the value 10, and cubes that represent 1s. Draw it for both numbers and then see which have the most 100 chart. If the have the same then look who has the most long sticks. If it is still the same then lastly look who has the most cubes.
