    Based on the given statements, the valid argument is that D. It cannot be concluded that Beth drew a triangle with an angle measure of 90°.

    We known that she drew a triangle, but we don't know what triangle - so A and B are incorrect. Also C, because we know that she drew a polygon, because a triangle is a polygon.
