    A=xy

    y=a/x, a=45 and x=5 so

    y=45/5

    y=9

    p=2 (x+y), and we know that x=5 and y=9 so

    p=2 (5+9)

    p=2 (14)

    p=28 in

    Width * length = 45 = area

    lets let the width = 5

    5 * length = 45

    length = 45/5 = 9

    so perimeter = 2w + 2L = 2 (5) + 2 (9) = 28
