    1 / (1/6) = x / (2/3) ... 1 drop to 1/6 dash = x drops to 2/3 dash

    cross multiply

    (1/6) (x) = (1) (2/3)

    1/6x = 2/3

    x = 2/3 * 6

    x = 12/3 = 4 drops <==
