    I would say the second, y = 3x + 4, that intersects the y axis at 4 and the slope is surely 3.

    Y = mx + b

    m = slope

    b = y-intercept

    you can cross out the last two answers, C and D - and since the y-intercept should be positive, id say B. y = 3x + 4!
