    Your function gives m^2/hr ... which has no meaning in this context ...

    time=distance/velocity so your function should be:

    t (d, r) = d/r

    t (10, r) = 10/r+20 / (r+5) = (10r+50+20r) / (r+5) = (30r+50) / (r+5)
