    H=-16t^2+49

    find where h=0

    0=49-16t^2

    0=7^2 - (4t) ^2

    difference of 2 perfect square

    0 = (7-4t) (7+4t)

    set to zero

    7-4t=0

    7=4t

    7/4=t

    7+4t=0

    4t=-7

    t=-7/4

    faslse, this is before the person jumps

    answer is 7/4 seconds
