At the concession stand of a school foot ball game, sandwiches cost $1.50 and a bottle of water costs $.90. The school sells 40 sandwiches and 80 bottles of water.

a) What percent of the money came from sales of sandwiches?

b) What percent of the concessions sold was bottles of water?

    40+80=120. 40/120=.3333 ... or 1/3. so sandwiches percent is 33% and so 100-33 = 67 so the bottles of water would be 67%
