Suppose the side of square A is 10in, and the area of square C is 162in2. What is the area of square B if the three squares form a right triangle?

    a=lw

    a=10*10

    a=100in2

    Square B:

    a^2 + b^2 = c^2

    100^2 + b^2 = 162^2

    10,000 + b^2 = 26,244

    b^2 = 16,244

    b = 127.45in2
