The length of a rectangular piece of land is 35ft more than four times its width. The perimeter is 770ft. Find its dimensions

    P = L x W

    770 ft = (35+4W) x W

    770 = 35W + 4W^2

    4W^2 + 35W - 770 = 0

    W = 10.172873555953117
