    x - shortest side

    2x - second side

    x + 26 - third side

    174 ft - perimeter

    x + 2x + (x + 26) = 174

    4x + 26 = 174 |-26

    4x = 148 |:4

    x = 37 ft

    2x = 2 (37) = 74 ft

    x + 26 = 37 + 26 = 63 ft

    Answer: 37 ft, 74 ft and 63 ft.
