What is greater 4.110 or 4.10

    4.11 is greater than 4.1

    Let's take away the exra zero on both of the numbers because it can be distracting. Since 4.11 has a number other than 0 in its hundredths place, then it's greater than 4.1 since it has a 0 in its hundredths place.

    So, 4.110>4.10

    4.110 would be a larger number because if you add a 9 to the end of 4.10 (you can have infinite zeros at the end of a decimal and it will still be the same) it would be 4.110 or 4.100 making 4.110 a larger number.
