I know its 3 or - 3 but I am thinking 3 ... Am I correct?

9 because you have to include the - 3 and the 6. from what I assume they are asking for the number of numbers between - 3 and 6. Draw out a number line then count from - 3 to 6 it's a lot easier if you have a visual.
