    L = 2w - 3

    p = 264

    2 (L + w) = p

    2 (2w - 3 + w) = 264

    2 (3w - 3) = 264

    6w - 6 = 264

    6w = 270

    w = 270/6

    w = 90/2

    w = 45

    L = 2w - 3

    L = 2 (45) - 3

    L = 90 - 3

    L = 87

    The length is 87ft, and the width is 45ft
