    L=15, W=?, p=62

    so perimeter formula for rectangle is L+L+W+W=62 or 2L+2W=62. And we knew that L is 15 so the equation is 2 (15) + 2w=62. 2w=62-30, 2w=32 and divide both both side by 2 and you get 16.
