Wait isn't it 5.3125 because if 5 is the whole number then that would stay the same as 5.0 while you need to solve what 5:16 is and that equals to 0.3125 if it is asking for what 5 and 5/16 are as a decimal it's going to be 5.3125
Easier way to put it 16/16 is 1 and there are five of these. So do 16 x 5 = 80 and add that with 5 to equal 85 then divide that by 16 and you get 5.3125
