    2x + 5 (x + 2) + 4 (x + 4) / 3 (x + 6) = 3

    11x + 26 / 3x + 18 = 3

    11x + 26 = 9x + 54

    2x = 28

    x = 14

    The integers are 14, 16, 18 and 20 Answer
