    2,350 - 250 = 2,100

    amount (80%) = amount insurance company payed)

    2,100 (80%) = $1,680

    total - amount insurance payed = amount Bill payed (not including deductible)

    2,100 - 1,680 = $420

    or

    total (20%) = amount Bill payed (not including deductible)

    2,100 (20%) = $420
