Richard works at an ice cream shop. Regular cones get two scoops of ice cream; large cones get three scoops. One got Saturday, Richard scooped 234 regular cones and 156 large cones. One scoop is 3 ounces. A tub of ice cream weighs 10 pounds. How many tubs of ice cream did Richard use to make the cones?

    First of all you have to figure out how much ounces in total, regular cones = 234*2 = 468 ounces and large cones = 156*3 = 468 ounces also then add them together which equals 936 ounces, one pound is 16 ounces so one tube is 160 ounces now see how much times can 160 go into 936, it can go into 936, 5 times which is 800 but the answer would be 6 since we still need a tube to put the remaining amount of ice cream.
