    -20 to - 14 is 6

    -14 to - 8 is 6

    -8 to - 2 is 6

    aritmetic sequence

    an=a1+d (n-1)

    a1=first term

    d=common difference

    n=which term

    first term is - 20

    common difference is 6

    we want 50th term

    a50=-20+6 (50-1)

    a50=-20+6 (49)

    a50=-20+294

    a50=274

    the 50th term is 274
