If you need to fill a cylinder with liquid to clean your house and the cylinder measure

Height=10 in

Diameter = 6 in

A) 28.26 cubic inches

B) 282.6 cubic inches

C) 282.6 inches

it's (b) but I just don't understand how to get it.

    The reason why it's "b" is because of the formula for the volume of a cylinder, which is πr^2*h.

    Diameter is just 2 times the radius so the equation should look like this: π3^2*10

    Simplifying into terms of pi, the equation should read 90π.
