The volume of a pyramid is 27 cubic centimeters and its height is 6 centimeters. Find the area of the base of the pyramid. Enter your answer as a number. Round to the nearest tenth if needed.

    The area of the base can be found by dividing the volume by the height and then multiplying it by 3.

    Base Area = 3*V/h

    Base Area = 3*27/6

    Base Area = 3*4.5

    Base Area = 13.5
