    first number = 2

    second number = 3

    Step-by-step explanation:

    first number = a

    second number = b

    we have

    a-b=-1 equation 1

    2a+3b=13 equation 2

    using equation 1 we have

    a=-1+b

    using equation 2

    2 (-1+b) + 3b=13

    -2+2b+3b=13

    5b=13+2

    b=15/5=3 = second number

    a=-1+3=2 = first number
