    Step-by-step explanation:

    1. Cos-1 = 48/52

    theta = 22.62 degrees

    sin22.62 = x/52

    x = 20

    2. Area of a triangle = 1/2bh

    Area = 1/2 (48) (22)

    Area = 528 square feet
