A cotton candy vendor has 8 cones of blue cotton candy to sell. If the blue cotton candy is 25% of the total number of cones, how many total cotton candy cones does he have?

    Answer: 32

    Think about this 8 x 4 = 32 we know that 25 x 4 = 100 and since percents are out of 100. it would make since to multiply 25% or the number 4 by 8 to get 32
