48/60=blank over 100. What does the blank mean

    If you simplify 48/60 you get 4/5 (divide top and bottom by 12). In order to get a denominator of 100 you can multiply by 20.

    (4*20) / (5*20) = 80/100

    Therefore the blank must be 80.
