    20%

    Step-by-step explanation:

This is a really sad problem but okay

So we are trying to find the success rate which is also known as percentage

To find a percentage we can do

    part/whole = percentage/100

So the part would the 9 times the friend landed and the whole would be 45

Now, we have 3 parts of the equation and we can plug them all in to fine x (the success rate)

First you divide the part by the whole and get

    9/45 = 0.2

Then you multiply this by 100 to get

    A 20% sucess rate

    Have a nice day! <3
