It costs $5 to get into the fair and then costs $3 for every ride I go on.

I spent a total of $26. Write an equation that could be used to show

the number rides, r, that I went on.

    26 - 5 = 21

    21 : 3 =

    7

    7 is the amount of rides you went on at the fair
