Let the 2nd fraction be a/b then according to question,

1st fraction is 4a/3b

Now,

4a/3b-a/b=2/9

(4a-3a) / 3b=2/9

a/3b=2/9

compairing corresponding elements of fraction,

a=2

And,

3b=9

b=3
