Amanda charges $13.80 for 12 cookies. At this rate how much will she charge for 30 cookies

    Set it up like a proportion. 13.80 for (or over as a fraction) 12 = x for 30. Cross multiply and then solve like a normal equation. Divide 12 from both sides to get your answer.
