    So remember that kilometers is 1000 times of meters

    1 kilometer=1000 meters

    60 meters = 1/3 minute

    multiply by 3

    180meters=1 minute

    we want 1 minutes so multipl yby 5

    900meters=5 minutes

    convert 900 meters to kilometers

    1km=1000m

    divide 1000

    1/1000km=1m

    so

    900m to km

    subsitute

    900 times (1/1000) = 900/1000=9/10km=0.9km

    answe ris 0.9km

    100 meters is your answer because you need to divide 60 by 3 and then add two 20's on to the 60 and then you get your answer of 100 meters
