    Y = mx + b

    Find m first

    m = 22 - 13 / 5-2

    m = 9/3

    m = 3

    find b

    Y = 3x + b

    Substitute for x and y coordinates

    13 = 3 (2) + b

    13 = 6 + b

    7 = b

    Y = 3x + b
