    If ABCD is the rectangle, then AB and BC are perpendicular.

    Let m₁ and m₂ - slopes of perpendicular lines. Therefore

    m₁m₂ = - 1 → m₂ = - 1/m₁.

    We have m₁ = 2/3 then m₂ = - 1 / (2/3) = - 3/2.

    Answer: The slope of BC is - 3/2.
