Tom, Sally, Bob, and Jill ran a race. Toms time was 12.03 seconds, Sally's was 12.284 seconds, Bobs was 12.62 seconds, and Jills was 12.9 seconds. In what order did they finish? who won?

    Tom won the race.

    Why?

    If you round it, 12 is the smallest number out of 12.2, 12.6, and 13.
