adding fractions u need to find the least common multiple for the denominator and then multiply the numerator depending on how many times u multiplied the denominator. then add the numerators together, but not the denominator.

    ex. 3/4+2/6=9/12+4/12=13/12=1 and 1/12

(do the same for subtracting but instead of adding, u subtract)

Multiplying fractions u need to just multiply the denominators together and the numerators together.

    ex. 5/6*7/9=35/45

(for division u flip one of the fractions, ex. 3/4 - --> 4/3, and then u turn the division sign into a multiplication sign)
