    -13x^2 - 130x - 273 = 0

    divide through by - 13:-

    -13 (x^2 + 10x + 21) = 0

    -13 (x + 7) (x + 3) = 0

    x = - 7 or - 3

    Its D

    -13x^2 - 130x - 273

    = - 13 (x^2 + 10x + 21)

    = - 13 (x + 3) (x + 7)

    - 13 (x + 3) (x + 7) = 0

    x + 3 = 0; x = - 3

    x + 7 = 0; x = - 7

    Answer

    D) x = - 7 or x = - 3
