How do I factor the polynomial: 6xy^2-3xy+8y-4?

    There are more than one way so i'm going to say this one: factor the first two terms by 3xy (2y-1) and last two terms by 4 (2y-1). now you can see the paranthesis are same. it's going to be (3xy+4) (2y-1)
