    Wouldnt it be 18x + (-12)

    because

    (6*3x) is 18x

    and (-2 x 6) is - 12 ...

im not sure if this is what youre question is but yeah

    18x - 12

    Step-by-step explanation:

multiply each term in the parenthesis by the 6 outside (distributive law)

    6 (3x - 2)

    = (6 * 3x) + (6 * - 2) = 18x + ( - 12) = 18x - 12
