    Let the consecutive odd numbers be (x) and (x+2).

    According to given condition.

    (x) + (x+2) = 284

    solving x+x+2 = 284

    2x + 2 = 284

    subtracting 2 both sides

    2x + 2-2 = 284-2

    2x = 282

    dividing 2 both sides

    x=141

    as the second integer is (x+2) so

    x+2 = 141+2 = 143

    so integers are 141 and 143.
