    It's saying that 95% of the time the comparison from test to retest is 96% reliable.

    so I would take (0.95+0.96) : 2 = 0.955

    then 73*0.955=69.715

    then 73-69.715=3.285

    so I would range the possible true score between 69.715 and 76.285

    also written as 73 ± 3.285
