    A rational number is any number that can be two intigers. Just the denominator cant be 0 though ...

    0.1777 is already a rational number but when its a fraction, it is gotta be 177 thousanths or as the number term 177/1000.

    177/1000 is not reduceable so 177/1000 is the answer.
