The coordinates of the center of the circle are found in (h, k). The h coordinate is stuck with the x, and the k coordinate is stuck with the y. They are in the form (x-h) and (y-k). So if our first center coordinate is found in (x-4), then the h value is 4. Our other center coordinate is found in (y+12) which started like this: (y - (-12)). So the k value is - 12. The center then is (4, - 12).
