    Step-by-step explanation:

    14 + 4 (3) = 14 + 12 = 26

    11:am - 3:pm = 4 hours at 3:pm the temperature is 26 degrees

    3:pm - 5:pm = 2 hours

    26 + 2 (5) = 26 + 10

    26 + 10 = 36 at 5:pm the temperature is 36 degrees
