    There are four 10 cards in the deck, so P (10) = 4/52 = 1/13

P (not 10) = 1 - P (10). This is because the maximum probability is 1, and the card you draw will either be 10, or not a 10.

    P (not 10) = 1 - 1/13 = 13/13 - 1/13 = 12/13
