the unequal sides of an isoceles triangle is 3cm more than one of its equal sides. if the perimeter is 18 cm. find the length of the sides

    X + x + x + 3 = 18

    3x + 3 = 18

    3x = 15

    x = 5

    the equal sides both equal 5 while the unequal side equals 8
